“This has proved an excellent service. My aunt suffers from anxiety and was constantly calling for help via her emergency alarm necklace. This was up to a dozen times per night. Therefore I decided to get in touch with this service. The initial contact was made very easy by the representative I spoke to. He quickly arranged 7 nights per week, which greatly helped my aunt. She never needed to feel anxious or press her alarm during the night. I spoke to some of the carers, and they all seemed caring, reassuring and kind people, whom I felt I could trust. The cost was reasonable, too. I can’t recommend this service highly enough. Every step of the way was easy and effective. I would not hesitate to use it again.”
